This retreat is intentionally designed to help you release, reconnect, and realign through both movement and mindset, while contributing meaningfully beyond yourself through a dedicated giveback experience that creates lasting and positive impact within the local community.

Bikram Yoga to build discipline, resilience, and mental focus
Vinyasa & Freedom Flow (Kat’s unique blended Bikram-Hatha Flow) to create movement, fluidity, and breath-body-mind connection
Restorative & Yin to slow down, release stored tension, and deepen inner awareness
How you practice on the mat travels with you off the mat… and will be what you carry into your life.
This experience is built on one idea:
You cannot shift your life without understanding the connection between your mind, your body, and the way you show up and contribute in the world.
What you avoid mentally often shows up physically. What you push through physically often mirrors how you move through life. What you practice on the mat becomes how you respond off the mat. And how you show up in the world shapes not only your own life, but the lives of those you serve.
Set along the Westend cliffs of Jamaica, the environment is just as much a part of the experience.

If you let us know before September 1st, 2026, that you are no longer able to attend the retreat, we will reimburse you for what you’ve paid aside from the $500 non-refundable deposit fee.

With over 1300 square feet of living space, this eclectic space is a testament to Old Jamaica, Indonesia and Africa. Replete with original art from around the world and genuine Jamaican mahogany floors, this airy suite is family-friendly, and includes a fully screened wraparound veranda set within our lush tropical gardens. King, Queen and Twin share same living area.

Tucked into the lush tropical gardens of Tingalaya's main grounds, this tranquil bungalow is the perfect island hideaway. The bungalow is complete with hand-selected antique décor, travertine floors, ceramic tile panels from Persia and Morocco and original artwork.
Butterfly A is connected to its sister bungalow, Butterfly Bungalow B, and can be occupied as a suite for friends or family.
